OT appointment

Just came back from our first OT appointment, Jacob was evaluated and his fine motor skills are of a 12 month old. Which is his adjusted age. Our next appointment is in 6 months.

By the way, Jacob has milk allergy but we hope he outgrows it. =/

Update on Jacob: He has an ear infection again because the medication that the doctor gave him didn't work so she changed it. She is ok with his weight (19 pounds). We will start giving him soy milk along with his formula today. We were also referred to speech therapy because he isn't saying mama/papa and the L.A regional center accepted him for physical therapy, he is going to PT with Kaiser but with the center its a home visit every week. He was also seen by his ophthalmologist and he said Jacob doesn't need anymore follow ups until he is 3 or starting preschool. We have an appointment with audiology to test him for his hearing, he passed it when he was in the NICU so I hope he passes it again.


Also, I don't know if I wrote this before but his PT is ordering braces for his feet.  His right foot goes a little to the side so that should help correct that problem, his left one isn't as bad as the right one.
